
That's right I said Water Aerobics!!! When I think of water aerobics, I think old granny's in the water-but that is so NOT true. My dearest friend Anna and I started taking water aerobic classes the YMCA. I love it!!!! It is great to have a workout that doesn't hurt my back for once. Most of the people in the class are in their 20's, 30's or 40's and it is really fun. I would suggest it to anyone who make have back, leg or knee problems to try it out. Just thought I would share my excitement. Hope everyone is staying super warm while old man winter continues to make his way through Michigan. Ciao for now!
