Not too much has been going on really. Just trying to stay cool and enjoy summer while it lasts. Health is okay. They finally think they know what has been causing so much pain in my back. Something to do with my nerve endings and joints in my back. If all goes as planned, they will eventually burn the nerves so I won't be in anymore pain. Please pray that things go well. I just want to be rid of all this pain!

LBWL PLANT TOUR-A once in a lifetime opp I couldn't pass up. The views were amazing from the smokestack!
